What is Curve.fi?

Curve.fi is a decentralized protocol for exchanging stablecoins. The decentralized protocol offer traders low fees and low slippage. Unlike traditional exchanges that match buyers and sellers, the protocol uses liquidity pools similar to Uniswap.

To fund liquidity pools, liquidity providers (LP's) lend tokens to the pool. In exchanging for supplying tokens, LP's are compensated with trading fees and governance tokens. Every time a trade happens on Curve.fi, LP's who have deposited funds onto Curve receive a small fee. The fee is evenly split between all the LP's.

Finally, the liquidity pools can also be lent out to other protocols such as Compound (cPool), so you may get extra interest on top of the trading fees.

Finally, because trading fees are dependent on trading volume. The daily APR's can fluctuate quite often.

Curve is non-custodial exchange meaning the Curve developers do not have access to your tokens.

The Curve protocol supports the following tokens: Dai, USDC, TUSD, BUSD, USDT, & SUSD

CRV token is the governance token for Curve. All those who have participated in the Curve pools will receive CRV tokens.
